This is a great book for those who don't have a lot of time to cook or like my father loves to cook in a crock-pot

Nice book, but ...
This book has lots of nice recipes. Unfortunately, most have way too many carbs for my diabetes. I need a really low-carb cookbook, but unfortunately, this isn't it.

Diabetic Cookbook
Bought this for a friend and said it has all kinds of recipes that are easy to fix and taste good. A must if your a diabetic.

Great Recipes
On Monday nights, we have family dinner at our apt. and I am always making crock pot dinners! My husband has diabetes and I needed recipes that were not only good for him but delicious for everyone else! Fix It and Forget It-Diabetic Coodbook was the answer I was looking for. It has great recipes that are good for hubby and that also taste good for the entire family. Everyone has enjoyed the recipes that I make from this book. I would recommend this book to anyone who needs easy crock pot recipes for diabetics and anyone else.
